Lean operates a large, fast-moving IT environment built on Kubernetes clusters and microservices. This setup supports a wide range of digital health services used across the country. But as the system grew in complexity, so did the challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lean\u2019s teams struggled to monitor performance effectively, detect issues early, or understand the root cause of system disruptions. Logs and metrics were spread across different tools, and engineers were spending too much time searching for answers instead of preventing problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lean needed a single platform to help their teams stay ahead of problems, something that could handle large volumes of data, support modern technologies, and offer clear insights across systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
